Availability, prices and payment are handled by our official booking engine, so what you see on the calendar is always live and no dates can be double-booked.

1. 1Pick your dates and number of guests in the search box on any apartment page.
2. 2You are taken to our secure booking engine, where you complete the reservation and payment of the stay.
3. 3You receive the booking confirmation by email with your reservation number.
4. 4We then contact you directly by email or WhatsApp with your check-in link, guidebook and city tax details.

Only the accommodation is paid at booking. The Koper city tax is settled separately before arrival.

Slovenian law requires us to register every guest before arrival. You do it once, from your phone, in about three minutes.

1. 1After your booking is confirmed we send you the online check-in link with your reservation number.
2. 2Open the check-in form and add each guest: full name, date of birth, nationality, and passport or ID number.
3. 3Once the check-in is submitted we use those details to calculate your Koper city tax automatically.

Check-in does not require any payment and is independent from the city tax.

The tourist tax is a municipal fee set by the Municipality of Koper. Every accommodation provider in Slovenia must collect it per person and per night and pay it directly to the municipality — it is not part of the apartment price and we keep none of it.

1. 1We read the dates of birth you entered at online check-in.
2. 2Each guest is placed in an age bracket and multiplied by the number of nights.
3. 3You receive a summary link with the exact amount and pay it securely by card.
4. 4The receipt stays available in your private guest area.

Example: 2 adults for 5 nights = 2 × 5 × €2.50 = €25.00.

Each apartment has its own guidebook with everything you need before and during your stay.

1. 1Once your booking is confirmed we send you the link to your apartment's incredible digital guidebook.
2. 2It includes directions, parking, door codes, Wi-Fi, appliances and house rules.
3. 3It also has our local recommendations: beaches, restaurants and day trips around Koper and Istria.
